In the Shadow of the Tyrant
"Join me now, in hymn."
The gentle, stately high priest of the Holy Chapel of the Shieldmaiden in Stromberg, Isiodore Bach has been blind for the majority of his adult life. This affliction, however, is offset by a passion for music and a deep, smooth singing voice that, combined with his kindly nature, make the priest immediately likeable and well-loved by his community. He lives within the chapel’s meager holdings along with his wife Fiona, and the hymns that he writes and subsequently leads in song are famous as far as Freystadt proper.
